I was shocked, but I think I was mad at myself for not being there for her in her time of need. Panic/Stress/Anxiety/Depression are all very real and severely debilertating illnesses. Its not something in your head. It is a chemical imbalance. You are normal. You are certainly not alone, in your condition. You did the right thing, and sought help. Good for you. I do hope that one day, your dreams may be fulfilled.OziMumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09813480734366566560noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30512814.post-60342601064772209802007-05-10T10:40:00.000+09:302007-05-10T10:40:00.000+09:30you have been tagged. see my blog.you have been tagged. see my blog.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01198865194061711110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30512814.post-70746612319116333772007-05-09T20:03:00.000+09:302007-05-09T20:03:00.000+09:30I agree. I don't feel it should affect your friendships, but if you feel it will, writing it here or in a personal journal might help.Melissahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01198865194061711110noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30512814.post-43674063733573195622007-05-09T01:37:00.000+09:302007-05-09T01:37:00.000+09:30I have panic attacks too brought on by high stress...I have panic attacks too brought on by high stress. The best thing to do to figure out what is triggering them is write down the before and afters of what is happening. Then you can take steps to help prevent them or at least be aware that they will be coming. They are very scary but knowledge is truly power. You are not alone in having them.RamblingMotherhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04148625565336724234noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30512814.post-50175764696732808152007-05-08T20:49:00.000+09:302007-05-08T20:49:00.000+09:30It's not uncommon, Chelley. Maybe it inhibits you from doing things now and then, but it doesn't change the great person you are one single bit.Maggiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06956114780055557451noreply@blogger.com
