Today just a little better

Had the guy out to value our house hmmm very intresting he says one price and then when I ask for another he says ok I 'll give you that ?!?!?1 what is with that?? Should I have asked for $20 000 more on the house or just got to gready???? AND WHY does it take days and millions of phone calls to get things done! I have had enough of it!! PLEASE be the last of the mess and we just pay our bills and dont get into ANY more debt!~
