That is one way to buy a car!

I have been hunting for a 7 seater car that I could straight trade in with my old car! We need the extra room for when we have foster kids!

It has taken some hunting but I found one in Adelaide which is a 5 and half hour drive from where I live!

So while trying to figur out work commitments and when I would be able to go get the new car! The only time I could go and get it was that afternoon!!!

So I called up my best friend and she was in for a road trip! So 2 hours later we were on the road!

We got to Adelaide around 8 pm we had already made arrangements with the car dealer that we would meet up with him at a set location so we didn't have to drive right into the city.

well the meeting spot was on the side of a highway turn off!! There was one street light but didn't do anything! And there was not another house or shop around for as far as the eye could see!!!!

When we got there we had to ring "Terry" and he would meet us there! Well when "Terry" arrived he asked us to follow him to his house! ( I am thinking ok this is it! we are done for this guy might be an axe murders!)

We arrived at "Terry's house" which was more in the middle of KNOW WHERE than the first meeting spot!

I signed the papers we exchanged car keys and we were outter there! But not before "Terry" asked us if we wanted to stay the night!!!

We made our way to the last bigish town before the road for home and found a bed to sleep in! And crashed..

But were awake just after 4 am and we were awake and started to get ready to head home!

Made it home in time for lunch!

Not 10 mins home and Allan said it was time to wash the NEW car! So here are some pics of the new car! And the family washing! Oh and dont ask Arliah to help you to wash the car as she picked up a rock and washed the car with it!!! WE now have scratches on the CAR!!! boohooo!!

Sorry about the scratches. That is great that you were able to find someone to switch with you.
